Rotogravure Printing Unit
With the power of three high-speed rotogravure printing machines operating at an impressive speed of 300 MPM, our capabilities are unrivalled. These state-of-the-art machines, including the world-renowned Pelican, enable us to print up to 9 colours.
Slitting Unit
We operate two advanced turret-type slitting machines to precisely cut master rolls into smaller rolls, tailored to meet customer specifications. This crucial step in the finishing process of mono-web flexible packaging ensures high accuracy, preventing any sensor issues caused by inconsistent length variations. Our slitting capabilities cater to diverse customer requirements, supporting lines from 200 BPM to 600 BPM.
Pouching Unit
We produce a wide variety of high-quality pouches, including three-side sealed pouches, central seal pouches, stand-up pouches, pillow pouches, spout pouches, shaped pouches, and custom-designed pouches tailored to meet specific customer requirements. Equipped with fully automated and innovative machinery with the capability to produce up to 140 pouches per minute, ensuring efficiency and precision in every batch.
Lamination Unit
Our Solvent Less Laminator delivers high-speed, precision lamination at 350 meters per minute, with a web width of 1020/1320 mm. Powered by AC motors for seamless two-substrate lamination, it features an ultrasonic edge guide system, tension control, and thermoregulation for consistent quality and perfect adhesion. This advanced setup ensures efficient, reliable lamination across a wide range of flexible packaging materials.
LD Extrusion Unit
Our blown polyethylene film unit has an impressive production capacity of 10,000 MT per annum. We specialize in manufacturing premium-quality three-layer collation shrink films and poly films in a wide range of varieties for lamination. Equipped with a high-performance extruder, our fully automated machinery ensures precise operations and delivers exceptional mechanical strength. We source our high-quality granules from leading suppliers such as RIL, HPL, IOCL, Dow Chemicals, Exxon, and Borouge, ensuring consistent and reliable performance in every product.
